- School and Student Data: School UDISE code, student details (name, class, gender — as per school enrollment), number of textbooks required/delivered per class, date of receipt and acknowledgment.

The collected data is used strictly for:
- Tracking textbook movement from state to district/block/school.
- Verifying deliveries and acknowledgments.
