TTMS helps teachers register for trainings (via QR), manage session attendance, complete pre/post tests, and track their training progress. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. By using TTMS, you agree to the terms of this policy.

• Training data: training ID, title, schedule, and registration status.
• Attendance: session-wise present/absent records and timestamps.

Collected data is used only to operate the app: training registration, attendance tracking, evaluation of pre/post tests, and storing required supporting information. We do not sell or rent your data.

3. Permissions Used

The app requires certain permissions, used strictly for their stated purpose:

• Camera – to scan training QR codes.
• Internet – to upload training data, attendance, and test records securely.
• Storage / Read Media Images – to read images/files when needed.
• Query All Packages – used only for specific approved integrations (not for personal data collection).

4. Data storage & security

Data is transmitted securely (via HTTPS) and stored on servers managed by the organization or its trusted cloud provider. We retain data only as long as necessary for training management and compliance requirements.

5. Data sharing

We may share data with authorized training administrators or service providers processing data on our behalf. We share data with authorities only when legally required.

6. Analytics & crash reports

We may use analytics or crash-reporting tools to improve app performance. These tools do not collect personally identifying information.

7. Children

TTMS is intended for teachers and authorized staff. It is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
